In particular, we draw your attention to clause 2 (liability).

By using or accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, the terms of use and the privacy policy as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time.

2.1 The material contained in the Foundation’s website is provided for general purposes only. Although we endeavour to ensure that the content, excluding material added by users (“Postings”), is accurate and up to date, the Foundation accepts no responsibility for loss arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of our website or its content whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause and whether on the part of the Foundation or our servants, agents or any other person or entity. 3.1 Parts of this website are “Registered Member Areas”. You must register to become a “Registered Member” before you can access the Registered Member Areas”.

3.2 You must be 16 or over to register as a Member. If the Foundation suspects that you are under 16, we will cancel your registration and you will not be able to use the Registered Member Areas of the website.

3.3 If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent to use the website.

3.4 This website is for the personal use of individuals and may not be used for any commercial endeavours.

10.1 These terms and conditions replace all other terms and conditions previously applicable to the use of our website.
